Three Years

I love when we come upon little mile markers like this, as it gives me an excuse to be overly sentimental and nostalgic. I've been reflecting a lot lately on our relationship and (I know it sounds cheesy (and I know how you feel about cheesy)) I honestly love you more everyday. I admire you, I respect you, and I love you. You're my best friend, my lover, my number one support, my adventure buddy.

It seems like just a few weeks ago that we met. But at the same time, it's seems like we've always been together. Time before you is blurry sometimes. That first summer will always be one of the fondest times in my life. And it's strange looking back at it now, because we were both going through such hardship. We grew quickly in love regardless. I've never doubted what our relationship is capable of. We've both been all-in since the beginning, without a moment of hesitation.

The last three years, despite all we've been through, have been the best years yet. Because when I'm with you, the good always outweighs the bad. It's hard to not create happiness with you around. I can't wait for many many many more years.

If you're curious, Will and I decided to postpone our Anniversary Trip until next weekend as the weather is suppose to be a million times better. And we're wanting to spend time with family this weekend. It is Mother's Day, after all, and we have two wonderful mama's worth celebrating. Plus, this means I'll have my camera for the trip! In the mean time, you can flashback to our trip last year!

Have a great weekend, lovelies.

Adventures with You | Free Printable

Just a little something I thought up and sketched this morning. I've been feeling super lovey-dovey, nostalgic, and wanderlust lately; I suppose this is the result of those emotions. I'd like nothing more than to pack all our gear into the back of the car and leave the world for a few days. It's probably a result of the fantastic weather we've been having — I want absolutely nothing more than to be camping and exploring the woods with my love. I guess I'll settle for a good long hike this weekend with Pip and Will.

Kiss My Face | Playlist

Kiss My Face by Emorie Kidder on Grooveshark

Here's a little playlist I put together full of some lovey dovey tunes for you to enjoy just in time for Valentines Day. I tried to make it an eclectic mix including some of my favorite folk artists, classics and covers of classics, jazzy tunes, sexy numbers, and of course a perfect Bey love song. Enjoy!

Junk Food Valentines | Free Printable

I couldn't think of a better Valentine than a puny junk food edition. And once I get started with puns, it's hard to stop. My idea list included much more junk food humor than this, but I decided to cut it down to my favorites to try to keep myself sane. I may or may not be eating a donut at the precise moment I am writing this, if that is any indication about my love for these particular four foods. Just the other day I was standing, eating a piece of pizza, but I set it down and scooted it aside so I could plop a big wet kiss on Will's face; because he was sitting near and looking particularly cute. He then said, "Aw, you like me better than pizza?! Wow, I'm so lucky." Yes, I do love you more than pizza. But yes, yes you are lucky, because I also really freaking love pizza. And, I mean, what better way is there to tell someone you love them than to imply that they are as delicious as your favorite junk foods? Yum.

I printed my valentines on grey printer paper (which is why the plate under the slice of pie didn't show up too well) and then cut and glued each one onto a colored piece of card stock. I plan on writing on the back and handing some of these out to my friends.

Let me know if you use them! And, enjoy :)

P.s. Now all I want for Valentines Day is some homemade pizza. I'm easy.
